Bill Nye: Funding Matters
Bill Nye, aka The Science Guy, is a man with a mission: to help foster a scientifically literate society, to help people everywhere understand and appreciate the science that makes our world work. Making science entertaining and accessible is something Bill has been doing most of his life.
In this video, Nye reacts to elected officials’ claims that education budget cuts will do no harm to students.

Nye’s latest effort called “Consider The Following” is a series of short videos in support of the ExploraVision Awards that are designed to get young people “excited about science so that we will have more scientists and especially engineers in the future so that we can—dare I say it—change the world.”
