Tiffany Shlain is a filmmaker, founder of the Webby Awards, and one of the “Women Shaping the 21st Century” according toNewsweek. Last week, Shlain was honored with a Disruptive Innovation Award at the Tribeca Film Festival in NYC. She stopped by our studio to talk about the participatory revolution, the power and possibility of technology – and why we sometimes need to drop the 24/7 phone and email habit, even if it’s just for one day a week.
