We don’t have much to be proud of, Chopra says.

Question: How will this age be remembered?

Deepak Chopra:  Well this age will be regarded as very medieval, and primitive and barbaric; where we solved problems by killing each other; where we had no respect for the planet and totally desecrated the eco system; where we killed each other in the name of God most frequently – so it’s not an age to be proud of – where we created technologies of mechanized death.  That’s nothing to be proud of.

And yet maybe it’s in the proliferation of all this uncertainty and chaos, somehow the collective mind will take that next quantum leap that we need to for our evolution.  And if that happens, then this age will be remembered in a good way.
