A teacher at a vocational school in Ludwigshafen, Germany has been murdered by a 23-year-old former student in an apparent revenge attacks for “bad reports he got at school”. “The incident occurred at about 10:00 a.m. local time. Investigators told a press conference that the attacker, armed with a knife and an alarm gun, had apparently engaged in a violent fight with the 58-year-old teacher and stabbed him with the knife. The victim, found still alive when police came, did not survive the wound and died on the scene. The attacker fired the alarm gun several times during his flight in the school building but was later overwhelmed by the police. According to investigators, the attacker said he felt great anger at the teacher from whom he had a lot of bad notes at school. The latest incident followed a fatal school shooting occurred in March 2009 when a 17-year-old student went on a rampage at the Albertville high school in the town of Winnenden near the southwestern German city of Stuttgart, killing 15 people and himself.”
