Protesting in America is a fool’s errand without a petition filed in a District Court. A petition must be a greviance of a constitutional abuse clearly states so it can be filed in relation to Article and Section numbers. If judical officers would read the Constitution with in the context of organic law, i.e. the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation and the orginal Constitution, they would make right the wrongs mentioned in your complaint. Otherwise, you have the moral and legal responsibility to protest. Protesting against constitutional abuses is fundamental to the American polity; the American Revolution began with a petiton. How can I send a copy of my book to Noam Chomsky?
