Question: What five ingredients do you always have on hand?

 

David Chang:  I always have sriracha on hand, whether that’s for something that I’m going to eat.  That is just some magical stuff.  I always have some good soy sauce.  I always have a good bottle of olive oil.  I love fleur de sel, so that’s four.  And good butter.
