The conservative network’s commentator Judge Andrew Napolitano defended the recent release of the many thousands of secret documents detailing the reality of the war in Afghanistan. The government’s feigned surprise or its attempt to downplay the negative realities presented in the documents is further proof of a too secretive and dishonest intelligence service, says Napolitano. He concludes by saying that gathering information about the government is a natural right.
