school shootings

It is fair to say we see more and more reports of Firearm/Gun abuse. The question is not "why," it's "What are we going to do about improving education, prevention and creating solutions"?Obviously, in too many cases, current efforts are failing. It's not a 2nd Amendment issue, as it is estimateable that the shooter and the shootee are not thinking about "A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." as one discharges and the other is fatally impacted. This is the manipulative rationale made to steer the debate away from the actual problem. Please, look at this escalating problem objectively, undistorted by emotion or personal bias, when replying, if you are able.
