At what point does graphic violence and sex turn a literary work into pornography? What are the merits of a story filled with imagery so shocking that it forces some to forgo the reading experience? These are just two of the questions we hope to ask novelist Bret Easton Ellis, author of the classic cult novels Less than Zero and American Psycho, when he visits our studios next Wednesday, June 23rd.

But we also want to know what you want to know about the life and work of the man who conjured up the ruthless yuppie psychopath Patrick Bateman. Please leave us your questions and comments below. Of the better comments a few will be selected and used during the interview. Whoever poses the best question below will be recognized during the interview and will receive a signed copy of Ellis’s new novel, Imperial Bedrooms.
