Francis Fukuyama
Philosopher and Political Theorist
Francis Fukuyama is an American philosopher and theorist. He is best-known for his book The End of History and the Last Man. He was a researcher at the RAND Corporation and served as the deputy director in the State Department’s policy-planning staff during the Reagan administration. He is currently a Fellow at Stanford University’s freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies. Fukuyama also is a frequent consultant to the World Bank, due to his interest in studying economic development.
