I work as a group process facilitator/trainer working to develop and enhance skills, views, and "group technologies" whereby the well-being and sovereignty of the individual and the well-being of the "whole" are mutually supportive and supported (vs. competing ideologies).   I'm finding that when groups/organizations are willing to frontload some time to begin to work with a complexity model, efficiency, satisfaction, and ultimately a creative potential is literally unleashed.  I believe that collecive co-creativity is an energy resource just waiting to be tapped vs. the current trend energy drain/loss.
