Coldest Place in the Universe

NASA is creating the coldest place in the known universe, according to DNews. Space is already freezing cold. So why does NASA need it even colder? It turns out that science turns weird in extreme cold, including slowing down light and allowing researchers to take precise measurements. The video explains how this super-cold lab, to be built for the Space Station, will help NASA better explore string theory and slow atomic waves, among other potential breakthroughs.
