Question: What is your role at Concierge.com?
Frank: Well, I am in charge of other content for the size of Concierge.Com. publishers, reviews and hotels and restaurants and activities in destinations around the world, so I have got a team of editors in New York and then I have got a big, big net work of course point in around the world who are feeding us information. So here is the new hotel that opened in Paris, so here is the hot new night club in Hong Kong, so we take that content and we edited and we make it look good, we put it up on the website people to use. That is part of my job and the other part of my job is to develop the website intervening more than just how people reading reviews and so we are going to have the ability for people to save this stuff if they found on Concierge increase the trip ternary out of bit and then share with other people or say they just got back from we can in Montreal, hey we said this great hotel, we found this great restaurant to be able to up load that hotel or restaurant in share with the rest of the communities. The web changes every day and every day I read about some new web sites that just starting of discussion cool technology your some cool idea that every thing then, we should try to something like that to so and a large part of my job is trying to figure out what we chose the ship next.

Feeling that most people search every thing these days with Google right so people will Google in, there are step ideas who are brilliant hotels or your crust often and then land then the place like Concierge will though find expert recommendation of things to do and or the land in our place that sells and deals for those select types of trips and any of though land of place, a trip advisory you seen what ever when else things of these places. So we found on our own resource to and I think there was an I think it is good advisors people to shop around and that is true when you are looking for fares and it is true when you are looking for ideas. One of our challenges as a business is to keep people coming back to us and remembering who were and finding value and what we have to offer that is greater than any one else there is but we are not were new illusion that there are going to only use Concierge.Com when they are planning a trip. So we try to make often it was little bit more valuable to them but know into they can go as words well.
