Gopi Ghosh

Gopi Ghosh is a Hubert Humphrey Fellow and studied International Ag Development in UC Davis. Currently stationed as Assistant Representative of FAO in India, he also acts as Resource Person for a Knowledge Management Community (in Food and Nutrition) in the UN. He has over 28 years of development experience starting with NDDB, NCDC and Ministry of Agriculture in diverse sectors. His core areas of competence are in planning, policy analysis, project management, environment, livelihoods, food security and knowledge management. Gopi studied Agriculture from Santiniketan and GB Pant University,  Management from RP Jain Institute Mumbai and Development Administration from US. His Doctoral Research is on Agricultural Policy Reform in India.
