It would certainly help if employees at all levels could be involved in the process to ensure agility and sustainability.

As for now, word in the organization is that ThomsonReuters is like Titanic without any clear goal in mind. Mr Glocer, its time to accept reality and to churn up things; to stop undue harassment,discrimination of employees and to renew and refresh incapable middle management.
