Topic: Work Life Balance
Dr. Yvonne Will: I think if you are a passionate person, which I am, it's always difficult because you're always guilty. It doesn’t matter if you spend ten hours with your daughter or ten hours at work or ten hours with both of them. You know, you're always on the run and you're always somewhat you know, guilty. But it's your own passion. So the other day for example, I was thinking, God, you know, I just don't spend enough time with her. And then I realized, I am the only parent who goes in at 6:00 to be done at 4:00 to pick her up. The rest of them are still there at 5:30 you know. So but it's your own you know, it's the pressure you put on your own, you know, to really do the best you can. And you know, am I happy with 100 percent or does it have to be 150 percent?
