Why did Waxman and Demcrats defeat an amendment by Rep. Paul Ryan to put congress on the same public health care they are trying to impose on us?  Why are they so special? They are public servants!! They work for us! But seems like the bills they pass don't apply to them.  What makes Waxman so much better than us?
