We are told to plan this and that for our future. We are told to make sure we follow through on everything to make our future more successful...but does it actually work that way? There are so many things that cause stress in life, and so many sources that are said to cause it, and they are all around us and very hard to avoid. We all experience it, usually attached to worrying about circumstances and other similar trials. Threats, fear, uncertainty, and many other things are (from what I have read) some of the leading causes of stress. There are also other things like death, health issues, change, arguments, and money that can sometimes cause great deals of anxiety and stress.
