BASED ON MY OBSERATION ON CNN, MSNBC, FOX CABLE MORNING NEWS ON APRIL 1, 2009 ET TIME 7:30 AM.
In the First join meeting of President Obama and British Prime Minister, Gordon Brown in LONDON! If my behavior science training is right and the microphone system is intact,
then I can pretty sure: Our President was caught cold (HIS VOICE IS A BIT LOW AND NOT NORMAL!) in his first trip to London.
