Well for sure I'd say that this is merely a bi-product of the USA's social/economic structure. Meetings, guilds and unions are really all a waste and ultimately server the top of the pyramid. They offer a false sense of equality/entitlement/insert your words here. You'd have to re-work the pyramid or heirarchy of cash for anything to truly change or "improve" for the prole,etc. They'd have to become something other than what they are. The only way to not be on the receiving end is to become a 1%'er and they certainly aren't going to help you do it. Asking a rapist to help you out is pretty rediculous. But so they can keep at their fun, they'll entertain a little conversation for your sake.
