I support the idea of a GRB. It should, however, be primarily responsible for monetary affairs, ensuring the sufficient supply of money to the global economy. For climate affairs, the suggested institution applies as well. It should then, however, carry a name like "global climate authority" or "global natural resource authority". At our institute, we have developed further ideas for such an authority, which can be supplied upon request.
