Not to Fear; Sherlock Holmes Will Return (Along with Anything Else You Might Want to See in the Future)
Thanks to everyone who responded to last week’s request for thoughts on the Sherlock Holmes series that has taken up the blog for the last few weeks. I was surprised to receive so much positive feedback (and some wonderful suggestions for future directions) and am happy to see that love for the old detective remains alive and well. It seems that there is a lot of support for continuing on with the series, so I will do my best to bring Holmes back to Artful Choice in the very near future. Look out for more posts that will be interspersed with more regular columns over the coming months.
In that vein, if there are any particular topics or concepts you’d like to see explored in greater depth or covered for the first time, whether Holmes-related or not, I’d love to hear your ideas. I value your feedback as I continue to develop and shape the future direction of the blog. So, please speak up, whether by email (maria.konnikova [at] bigthink [dot] com) or in the comments section! And in the meantime, stay tuned for some recent findings that can impact mindful decision making (for instance: self-talk, or giving yourself positive encouragement, can help you perform more effectively; more on that in the next post) over the next few days.
