Last month, we looked at Meltware – an ingenious line of DIY tableware made out of palm tree wax. Now, a similar and even more playful project is applying the same sensibility to a different, unorthodox material: Jello. Jelloware is a line of biodegradable, vegan, edible cups conceived by creative entrepreneurs The Way We See The World.

The cups are flavored to compliment the drinks they serve, so that nibbling on them becomes a part of the sensory experience. Any leftover remains can be safely and sustainably composted.

The project is currently fundraising on Kickstarter, where – on a creative semi-aside – the team is offering some of the most original donor incentives we’ve ever seen, ranging from custom design-driven problem solving for a challenge of your choosing to elaborate on-demand mind-mapping.
