Fiction and Non-Fiction, is there a difference?

Everything that we consider real and tangible today was once just an idea. Given more energy and time an idea becomes more real until it manifests physically. The computer you are using now was just an idea (science fiction) 70 years ago, given energy and time it is now very real!

So is the only difference between Fiction and Non-Fiction just a level of energy?
