Controllo della velocità media dei veicoli nelle strade-autostrade a pagamento

Al casello di ingresso sul biglietto sarebbe segnato anche DATA e ORA di ingresso, magari sotto forma di codice a barre (come nei biglietti dei parcheggi a pagamento).


Al casello di uscita l'apparecchiatura che controlla il biglietto valuterebbe anche la data, l'ora di uscita e QUINDI, in base alla distanza percorsa, la VELOCITA' MEDIA del veicolo.

In caso di superamento dei limiti consentiti, il conducente potrebbe essere immediatamente sanzionato da un agente di polizia presente sul posto.

Ciò sarebbe particolarmente UTILE per i mezzi  COMMERCIALI e PESANTI e comporterebbe INVESTIMENTI molto contenuti.

Science confirms: Earth has more than one 'moon'

  • These dust clouds were first discovered in the sixties, but are so difficult to spot that scientists have debated their existence since then.
