Build Iran a Free Nuclear Reactor

Rather than threatening Iran and treating them like an enemy, offer to build them a free nuclear reactor.  They get nuclear power, we get peace of mind.  We should extend this offer to North Korea as well.  This would be less expensive and we would save the lives of our soldiers.
