By now everyone should know that Exercise is good for you.
But how much do we need to do? Starting with 10-minutes a day - does it do anything for us? Or do we need to spend hours in the gym to get results?

1. Spend a whole month only exercising 10-minutes a day, make sure it's whole body and you sweat. Take notes on how you feel.
2. Spend the next month NOT exercising at all. Take notes on how you feel.
