From Public Schools treatment of Students, if they are not directed by their family to take Honors, or IB classes, they are not directed by the schol, students deemed not ambitious and no further attempt to teach them how to be successful. There is not high expectation; to the treatment of Teachers demanding they attend meetings after a full days work, than not getting home until eight at night in the dark, cold, wet winter months, to other concerns striking teachers express; Public School only cares about amount of dollars per head(Federal dollars they get per student). They treat people as cattle.

I think Public School is too large and concern is only with top administration- the superintendent and assistant superintendent.

Charter Schools like this could be the answer.

Also, sometimes it is shocking the type of people that say they have a teaching certificate. That they would be even allowed into a teaching program to begin with-cranky, unpleasant with horrid voices. Some type of Personality and Character assessment needs to be given to test potential teachers before they are allowed to enter a training/educational program for this profession.
