In prison [with all human needs provided] a criminal lives his/her sentence after committing a social misbehavior that has caused the other and or the other properties a proven damage.

Living a certain pain without doing anything wrong i.e. discriminated on your race, your religion, your color…is torture.

Imposing on people a life of poverty, illiteracy, unemployment…taking out their full gifted rights to live in dignity, peace-of-mind and happiness where no choice for improvement is given, is torture.

Living in a backward environment— that does not see or not able to differentiate between 2 %u201CV%u201D: Virtues and Virus— like Arab world ruled by a bunch of inhuman and dictator leaders is torture.

When a human being -who is able to use his/her mental and emotional faculties- keeps on asking “why” for numerous alienations without a given courageous answer is torture.

The lack and or absense of social justice and equality is the source of all torture%u2019s sources.
