I agree totally.

I think it's worth pointing out that many of these countries have just stepped out of an era of colonial rule in the 20th century, and are having to redefine their societies. We're seeing this in Africa, and this is also true for the Middle East and Asia. The West throwing money and 'guidance' to the corrupt elements of these countries only ever makes things worse.

Let people develop their own way. There's no greater resentment of America than that which stems from realizing that one's own government leaders are being played by puppets by the West. That's what's fueling the terrorism we see today, that's what fuels anti-American sentiment in general.
