What bothers me regarding Mr Arnold’s discussion is besides the long winded dialogue is that it seems doubtful what money is real money that actually has any real benefit at all for the African Aids situation, my belief is that the rhetoric Mr Arnold espouses is nothing more than jargon,no doubt a cushy job that he has as a CEO, in fact having no merit, and is no insight other than mislead the general public, which unfortunately is not that hard to do, once you get the general knack of the language used and the right intonations it is not that hard to sound credible, or intelligent, to get away with it.
