I find it very interesting that Mr. Browne uses his birthplace and familial relationships to primarily. What aspects specifically truly make up identity and how does this differ not only from person to person but also from culture to culture? Are the aspects of identity that we subconciously "default to" when asked this kind of question help or hinder person to person, person to group, and group to group relationships?
