A word about Big Ideas and Themes — The architecture of Big Think

Big ideas are lenses for envisioning the future. Every article and video on bigthink.com and on our learning platforms is based on an emerging “big idea” that is significant, widely relevant, and actionable. How a CEO Should Use Twitter

Bob Lord, Global CEO of Razorfish, one of the world's largest interactive marketing agencies, stopped by Big Think's offices today to talk about the changing role of the Chief Marketing Officer, as well as the evolution of the modern marketing campaign. When we asked him about how he thought CEOs should use social media sites like Twitter, he suggested that they should see these outlets as places to get ideas from the outside world. Posing questions or asking for advice is the best way to connect with consumers, said Lord. It also gives you a good idea of how the public perceives your company.
