Awesome - totally agree. It's the best way to learn to write songs - just sit there and write every day, no matter if you feel like it or not. Being 'in the mood' or the 'right frame of mind for it' is for the birds! Magic can happen in creativity at any point - when you expect it and when you totally don't expect to have anything come out. It can be as if you are just some kind of vehicle, channeling from something that is bigger than you. H&S

I think it's important to play music you love also because I believe that music is one of the only two things we can take to the next world (whatever you believe that to be). The other being the conversations we have with people and how we treat one another.
