There's always a safe guard,for instance even today something as simple as measureing is done wrong!I have to measure in my job and I always measure in CM... and in inches and if in the office the 2 calculations don't match I measure again and I have never got my final figures wrong.I try to tell people this simple procedure and they don't listen and mistakes are ofton made.

Maybe also the women do the jobs more to the rules,and the men cut corners and take male hormonial risks that start world wide recessions.
