At present you Sir Richard, as you are passionate about doing something for the world. As Bill gates once said regarding the internet & it's evolution was " what have I created." As with yourself & the Virgin group what have you created? A vast array of businesses that now you have enough in the bank for your hard work over the years, its great to see you standing up & asking the questions you ask. We met many years ago in Sydney at the Virgin Mega store at Darling Harbour. You were flat-out, but took the time to say hello & ask about Australia & what it is like living here. Most people who I have met with mega wealth just watch the world go by in so many ways & their bank account is the most important thing. I did say to you that one day I will work for you. You smiled & said great attitude there. After working in Afghanistan, Sudan, Pakistan & other less fortunate countries I have come to value human life & the environment over wealth any day. Whilst money is great it can also be the root of all evil. Sir Richard next time we meet & we will I will ask you one simple question & that is;After you%u2019re dead & buried what is the one thing you would like to be remembered by or for?I will shout the beer after you answer. :OKeep up the great work in getting the world to see what it is doing to itself. I live by the rule that no one is above me as I am not above anyone else. Although I am a small fish I try & do my bit for small businesses & the factors that influence their choices in this world in regards to the environment. I also hope one day that the Virgin group will look at smaller business to foster the "Green Image" as the big corporations are dollar based & the environment is not a top priority for many big businesses. All businesses start small in some way & showing those that are yet big their is alternatives, available to help the environment is a great starting point. There are many small businesses doing their bit & will continue to do so hopefully once they expand. Having or starting the mind set at an early stage is one campagin that I would love to see you impliment on behalf of the small fish. On a side note I fly Virgin Blue & Virgin Atlantic here in Australia & beyond... On your web site there is a quote about if you think outside the box then Virgin would love to do business with you. Please look at educating the public all over the world either with in flight videos about the environment, even devote on of your many channels with in flight videos to the problems the environment faces & what just one person can do to help or on the little sick bags that are behind the seats, with environmental issues stated & what the Virgin group is doing to help combat climate change. After a long flight everyone has looked at everything that is in the seat folders. Just a bit of out of the box thinking, as you have a captive audience yet not capitalising on them whilst they are in your care on flights or in the UK on Virgin trains ECT. A thought provoking video regarding what you or your companies are trying to achieve with the environment can start the ball rolling in many people%u2019s minds, to look at the bigger picture of what the world is becoming regarding global warming & carbon problems. It may seem a small start but at least it is a start in the right direction. You are welcome in my pond any day for a swim.CheersThe Aussie Greendude
