Given the success of Nintendo's ground-breaking controls for the Wii system, it will only be a matter of time before we replace the old computer keyboard with something more physical.

Using a keyboard is great for your finger joints but what about full arm controls? full body controls? A quick elbow to the right to activate the "Space Bar", a quick elbow to the right to activate the "Enter Key", a body twist to the right to activate "Forward", a body twist to the left to activate "Back".... Any more ideas? Lets turn standard computers into health machines!
