First they came for the Muslims and I did not speak out because I am not a Muslim... The rule of law is a social agreement made by the people and nothing more. The one thing that I feel Mr. Dershowitz was correct on is that when a person is not afraid to die they can do things that are unimaginable. So why must we cling to the illusion of safety? Because without fear no social agreement can stand; fear is the thing that binds us. Why not break the paradigm and instead make the agreement on mutual respect and desire to aid one another?
