i agree with you montgomery, but i feel that it is a fault with the site, and not necessarily with the speaker. while i don't know if i would agree with what he has to say, the video has been edited too much for us to know his true opinion.

new paradigm? what about the french in algeria etc? aren't these just commonly used guerrilla tactics? and as far as nuclear weapons go, have we not lived under these 'new' threats for years? i agree with dershowitz on most of the issues he addresses on this site, but not this time. perhaps, if details were discussed more, i could be persuaded.

Note that Dershowitz, in his search for one standard, does not mention Saudi Arabia.why not? for certainly they are the benefactors of america's double standard.
