Right Of Conscience

Uploaded on 05/16/2008

Right of Conscience:

All individuals are endowed with an innate ability to discern inherently ethical acts from those of destructive consequence.  This a priori knowledge is defined as Conscience

Conscience, being a sacred and vital aspect of every individual's state of being, and having such critical impact on one's religious, spiritual, emotional, and ethical disposition, is recognized as a Natural Right essential to securing Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Integral to Conscience are one's beliefs in the value of human life and the fundamental rights contained therein.

It is hereby recognized that no state, government, institution, or presiding body shall have the authority to mandate an involuntary burden in contradiction of an individual's belief in the value of human life, as dictated by Conscience
