An important distinction, though sometimes blurred, is how an Iraqi citizen views American Government and Policy versus Americans as individuals. As an Iraqi citizen, I would hold a favorable view of Americans, dependent somewhat on personal experience. As far as Saddam's authoritarian Iraq versus America's chaotic Iraq, it would have to be a question of the lesser of two evils, for which the answer is yet to be determined.
