I have to disagree with you on this one. To me, it doesn't really matter how much you help society, or the world you're in , in order to measure if you've had a good life. To me, it's about how you've helped yourself, and if you're made your life the way you've wanted it. Once you've helped yourself, and created the ideal life, then it's up to that person to decide if they want to help others do the same.
Not everyone can measure their life the same way, but this is one of the ways I measure mine. Am I happy? Yes. Have a contributed to society? chuckles No, no I have not. Because my society is universal.
Just my opinions.
