This weekend, we've been examining power and balance in relationships, work, and life. Today we're looking specifically at how power thinking can help us live fuller lives.

We've all heard that leafy greens and omega 3s are good for your brain, but we wanted to go deeper. Here, Princeton neuroscientist Sam Wang shares his strategies for problem-solving, making good decisions, and finding happiness. Margaret Moore, co-director of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School Institute of Coaching, offers up her tips for finding focus amidst chaos. And Tara Sophia Mohr, a consultant to women leaders, teaches us how to cope with fear.
