Dont know, and it might be a little hard to predict unless studied over a large period of time. One thing that seems obvious today is that an individual's fitness (ability to reproduce) can be heavily influenced by finances.

Yes, and the first colony will be on the moon. Once we can send a space craft off the planet into space affordably enough, we will be able to start resource mining on the moon.
