Sex…Bioidentical Hormones…for Women! Why take Tang when you can have the REAL orange juice that God created?

Michael Perelman, on Sex and Aging, I believe, in perspective to women is on the right track…and his piece was written in 2008. Much has been developed over the past year now June 2009. In January 2009, I began putting myself into the equation by reading “The Sexy Years”…I stopped alot of things…and did only what I actually had to do and implemented me. I couldn’t actually leave for a Hawaiian Island but I could create an oasis in my home…so I did. Then I began napping as long as I needed, eating right, limiting social engagements, not answering the phone, and began prepping for the “Natural Bioidentical Hormones” plan…blood tests, mamograms, and getting off my x4 antidepressants (or reducing them down to one now) by discovering what are the real problems. I did find I have Restless Leg Syndrome that kept me from sleeping with my legs kicking 400x’s in a period of 5 hours. I had no REM or RAM sleep discovered @ the Hoag Sleep Center in Newport Beach facility, CA. No matter how much I slept, I felt anxious and tired. Check your health…Blood Pressure, smoking, drinking, & stress can affect mood and the way you age. Realistically it is May 2009, I have just began Suzanne Somers ideas of Natural Hormones with my doctors agreement…faxing my doctors saved me alot of time with communication, results, and getting them to read or listen to this book on tape! “When you are living an authentic life, the only person you are accountable to is yourself; the only goal is to do the right thing for yourself. It is hard work, and will require focus and attention until your very last day, but what graceful work it is.”-Pg 33 Sommers
Starting my Sabbactical…Putting Me into the Equation- I do this by keeping a balance schedule and using delegation with my family and trying to be firm. In my book “God’s Secret Wisdom: the art of daily living” and in my writing tools…look up my name if your interested. The point is Health is work but You are worth every bit of it!
