Michael Lee commented on Rail Guns, Lasers and Nuclear weapons! on February 10, 2008, 10:38 PM

Unfortunatly the technology involving rail guns hasn't been perfected yet, but there is high hopes that it will be soon. The problem right now is the field used to fire the rounds uses so much energy that the plates would fuse together. But they are quickly working around that.As for lasers we have those but the extremly powerful ones are unweildy and require a ton of power. I think that these will be viable in the near future though.
