Simple. Why is it so hard isn’t the world but our own desires to be gluttonous.
Nutritional deficiencies are the reason we tend to eat too much. We are getting nutritionally raped with all the preservatives and empty calories in most of our foods today. If one was to eat a healthy balanced nutritious diet one wouldn’t over eat.
