The greatest books that I've read are Atlast Shrugged as well as A Man in Full by Tom Wolfe. The scope, characterization, and intricate storylines of those two books are absolutely incredible. Additionally, I think that Tom Wolfe is the preeminent living American author. His knack for research coupled with his singular writing style make his works true masterpieces.
