Jimbo Wales has got it right. As the Prime Mover of Wikipedia, he knows a thing or two about spontaneous order vs. top-down direction. Handing out $100 bills, though imperfect, is the best idea of the bunch.

Mr. Hamilton, would you be willing to promote the use of instant runoff elections (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Instant-runoff_voting) and the removal of legislation and congressional rules that limit representation of third parties? You seem sincere about being open to other parties but what is needed is for those that see the value in a more open political system to promote concrete change. This is not rhetorical; I would very much like to hear from you on this. Thank you.
