I think it is time to get scared. One lesson history teaches us is that people tend not to do anything unless they feel threatened. If we are comfortable, why should we change anything? In order to age well I think you need to live well. Enjoy the time that you are given and dont waste any of it. I think being able to look back on accomplishments, achievements, a family that loves you, etc will in the end let you age more gracefully.I do not know if I would want to live to be 200 and have to work a job that I hate, or not do things that i enjoy. The Chinese built a wall in the 5th century to keep out invaders. It did help to stop a few attacks but it definitely did not serve the purpose they hoped it would. I am pretty sure the US is not about building walls to keep people out, but allowing those who are willing to work their hardest for a living do so.
